Domino’s Pizza

Terrible customer service over the phone. Placed order online at
to take advantage of the 50% online order special. Noticed after I placed the order online that the pizza did not discount so I called the Dominoes to question the charge. Talked to one of the reps who gave me the manager, I don’t know if he was having an extremely bad day but he was extremely rude over the phone. I asked him about the online order and why it didn’t discount, he immediately was defensive saying that he has nothing to do with online (which I understand they’re plenty of places who have online only discounts) when I asked how I could get the 50% off promotion he just shut off and said I don’t know you have to pay for the pizza. So I asked him if I could cancel my order and re-​submit to get the promotional price thinking maybe i had done something wrong in the process, and the «MANAGER» the manager of this location just hangs up giving me no conformation that my order will be cancelled. So I called back seeing if my order had been cancelled and why he hung up on me replying repeatedly our business was over. Again terrible customer service over the phone.

Prompt service and tasty pizza. There’s often a debate about good pizza, some like a ton of toppings, others (like me) love simple pizzas. I absolutely love Domino’s thin crust pepperoni and pineapple pizza. Nice balance of salty and sweet with a thin layer of chewy cheese and a hearty crunchy texture from the crust. Good deals on pizza too! Just ask them over the phone or in person before you order. My boyfriend loves the buffalo wings they have here and though I admit that they are tasty, I’m not a fan because when they are delivered, the skin of the chicken has become too soft and the fat on the wings have blobbed off into an unappetizing jelly-​like thing…
