Creekside

Went to Creekside last night after striking out at another local bar. This place was awesome! The bartender, Charlie, was great! She was making drinks so fast you barely had to wait. And they were good drinks! My wife had a Bloody Mary that was made from scratch and probably one of the best she’s had. They don’t serve food and there is only bottled beer, but the juke box and grungy feel of the place make up for its shortfalls. The walls are adorned with old posters from the 80’s and military memorabilia. I’d definitely go back to this place. Creekside is a hole in the wall dive bar and if that’s the type of vibe you like, this is the place for you. Go early if you want to get a table or seat at the bar, as this place gets crowded around 10 pm.

I love this hole in the wall bar. It’s casual, with a jukebox and dart boards. The bartenders are awesome, especially Charlie! Definitely a great place to hang out with friends. The staff treats you like family and are friendly. All are welcome. The drinks are strong and affordable. It’s a great dive bar! I love celebrating New Years here too.

Talk about a dive bar! This is the ultimate dive bar. Local, neighborhood, friendly, and most importantly, STRONG & affordable drinks! It’s located on Hamakua Drive near Midas and soon-​to-​be Target. It is a very small space with only few tables so it gets super crowded real quick on weekends. But don’t be alarmed. Make new friends and enjoy your night out!
After a night of partying, make sure you stop by Beto’s Taco Truck that’s parked right next to Creekside and grab some delicious late night drunk tacos.
The bartenders are super sweet and they treat you like family, no matter who you are or what you look like. On top of that, they will serve you the strongest drinks you’ve ever had.

Great dive bar and easy to miss! Bartenders are the best. It can get really busy and crowded, depending on when you drop by. However, the service is excellent and has a great atmosphere!

The bartenders are amazing. It is a Greta place to meet local contractors.

Comfortably place, people are friendly and the prices are reasonable.

I love this place. They treat you like family. Pretty good man/​woman ratio for being co close to MCBH. They won’t shun you if you are a newbie. Bartenders are great, drinks are always good and well priced for Hawaii. Juke Box gets loaded up quick, so hit is early if you want to hear your music, but if not there still is always good tunes playing.

If you like small dive bars with military mems./bikers then this is the place to be. There are no beers on tap but they have a good bottle selection and the bartenders are great patrons.

This bar can be whatever you want if you have a crew of 6 or more. DRINKS WERE SO STRONG I CANT REMEMBER IF WE WENT TUESDAY OR WEDNESDAY NIGHT.

This place is small but sweet. Total bar experience! Cool regulars n sweetest bartenders. Fun juke n occational dancing involved it’s awesome. Ps powers is the way to go accompanied by a corona… NO LIME :)

Love it. Seedy bar with cheap drinks and cool regulars. This is a great place to get a couple when you want to go somewhere other than your normal watering hole.

Came here while visiting my friend who is in the Corps. During the 10 days I was there, we came here quite a few times with a whole crew of Marines. It is a small, kinda dim, old looking bar. But it is a lot of fun. It is very laid back with a good juke box and decent drinks. Everyone is really chill, no one gives you a hard time. I see why the Corps guys like it. It is a very local scene. This is a great place to throw some back, listen to music and maybe play some bar games. Not the scene for everyone, but pretty good for what it is. Very real.

Ok I used to live 2 blocks from this joint and I dont have a lot to say so listen up. Creekside is the Shit! When I had to move off the island I think there is only one thing I cryed about when I reached San Diego and its not having Creekside. I tryed clicking my feet together and saying theres no place like creekside, theres no place like creekside. But I open my eyes and find myself still in San Diego.

This is my favorite bar. No one here is pretentious (how can you be with naked girls all over the walls?).Carolyne is the nicest bartender, ask her to make up a drink, she RULES! Little dive bars are the best.
