These guys are great! Super knowledgable and fixed up my truck in no time. Also, I was happy to have lots of options for upgrading at all price levels with no pressure.

Very disappointed in the customer service here. I went in to make an appointment to have a new stereo installed and was assured it could be done. I came in on a Thursday and the sales man told me they would need to order an installation kit but that it should be ready by Monday. I scheduled an appointment the following Friday which provided them with plenty of time. When Friday came I was told the parts had not arrived and that they would contact me once they had. A week later no call. I ordered the parts myself and had everything within 3 days and ended up doing the install by myself.
I had wanted to support a local business but evidently my business was not important to them.

Stealth Audio is the best! I bought a gift certificate for my boyfriend for his birthday and the owners wife is so sweet she even delivered it to me! He went in about a month ago to use it and was able to get the work done right away! We will definitely be back! Excellent customer service and full of Aloha!

So disappointed in the customer service here. I bought my husband a new stereo for Christmas and told them we would have it installed early int he new year. The first appointment we made they cancelled when we arrived even though we’d driven 45 miles to get there. Now when we try to reschedule they don’t have an installer for 4 weeks or more. Everyone I’ve dealt with here has been rude and had no customer service skills. To bad, I prefer to buy local but should have went on amazon for this one.

If you live on the Kona side of the Big Island and you want to upgrade your sound system or want to protect your vehicle then you need to come see these guys. Full service from sales to installation with life time warranty on labor for the products purchased and installed from here. Now that’s peace of mind getting that kind of warranty. Well with over 12 years in business it’s no wonder they are the go to shop in Kona.
They carry great solid lines such as Alpine, Kenwood, Sundown Audio, Orion, Bazooka and Viper car alarms.
