The wait time was minimal this time. Doctor came right in after the nurse took my son’s vitals. I was surprised at how quickly he was seen. Way better this time.

I have nothing but praise for this group. I had to take my eighty-​two-​year-​old grandfather in today, and even though I ended up getting horribly lost and showed up late for my appointment (I did call ahead to let them know), they were nothing but courteous and still fit us in.
Angel, the lady at the front desk, was so friendly, and when she saw how difficult sitting was for my grandfather, she hurried us through so he wouldn’t be stuck waiting to be seen. That alone makes her my hero.
The doctor, Jason Hughes, was also incredibly friendly. My grandfather is getting pretty senile and tends to tell a lot of stories, often forgetting what he’s saying and starting over, and most of the doctors he’s seen in the past have not been overly patient with him. Dr. Hughes, though, sat and listened to him, acting as though there was nothing he’d rather be doing. As a result, my grandfather, who usually lies to doctors or hides his symptoms and makes every visit a battle, was completely honest and open. The visit was pleasant and easy, and my grandfather spent the entire ride home telling me how grateful he was that he’d found a kind doctor who actually seemed to know what he was doing.
This experience was wonderful, and I’m so grateful for people who made what usually would have been a very unpleasant experience into something that was actually a bright spot in our day.
