We got coconuts while waiting for our shrimp at Giovanni’s. The coconut water was fine and I liked eating the raw coconut meat afterwards. The shell wasn’t trimmed up that nicely so it was really«rustic» and hairy.

Pineapple coconut smoothie AND pineapple strawberry banana smoothie my family and I ordered were very plain tasting and watery. Would not go again:/

When you’re in Hawaii, you must get Shaved Ice. Must. This place serves real Shaved Ice. A good place to go after you eat in Giovanni’s Shrimp Truck. They are other great options other than Shaved Ice as well. There are so many places to get shaved ice in Honolulu making this place not worth the effort just for shaved ice. But if you’re here, then by all means come here. The Shaved Ice is large and the wait is long, but most places are since they are actually shaving it. Pineapples are fresh and it is buried in the menu so you may miss it.

Large tropical fruit selection. Quick service. Located right next to THE famous shrimp truck. A great way to get you fruit servings after the two scoop rice carb load and butter/oil of the shrimp. The non dairy banana and coconut made with milk by my request hit the spot after a hot beach day.

Delicious fresh pineapple with sweet Li hing mui spices that will just make your taste buds tingle! I’m also very in love with the strawberry coconut juices. This truck is right next to the famous Giovanni’s shrimp truck. So convenient and refreshing to order a fresh juice to enjoy with your scampi plate!

No trip to Hawaii is complete without Shave Ice half the size of your head, so of course I had to get some. I ordered the shave ice with half pineapple and half coconut, and it turned out to be delightful. I’m always wary that sometimes shave ice can be overly sweet, but this was perfect, and the ice was as it should be(shaved), not slush-like, as I’ve seen way too many times. There’s only one girl working the truck so it can take a while when the orders stack up, but it’s worth the wait. There’s also no prices written anywhere which was strange, but the shave ice is $ 4 and the fresh coconut is $ 6. Yum!

If you’re going to pig out on Giovanni’s shrimp right across the way you might as well stock up on your drinks here. Shaved ice or the strwaberry banana smoothie is a good counter to the garlicky shell fish plates. Great psychedelic truck design art too

I ordered the piña colada smoothie and it was really refreshing after eating a big pile of garlic shrimp and rice! I really dislike overly sweet smoothies. But this smoothie was perfect! I could tell they use real fruit instead of a bunch of fake powders to make it taste light and fresh. The texture of the smoothie was awesome too. Not too watery or icy.
