I have been to other OTFs, but this one was my favorite experience so far. For those of you don’t know, OTF is a High Intensity Interval Training(HIIT)-like workout that focuses partly on endurance and toning exercises with light weights, and couples that with treadmill running in a upbeat, intense environment. You wear a heart rate monitor to track the percentage of your maximum heart rate, which helps you make sure you are pushing yourself appropriately. My trainer, Rachel, made sure to go over the floor moves(with weights) and give me and the others feedback as we worked out. The workout we did was endurance focused, and I felt quite the endorphin-high post-workout. It was a high yield hour! The facilities here are similar to the other OTF I have been too, though the shower facilities here are actually much nicer. The staff were very courteous and helpful, especially considering how busy they were.

Just signed up a few weeks ago. This place is clean, and convenient. All the instructors are great. It is only 12 dollars a class. It is very motivating and I have already seen a huge difference. There are some less than helpful people working at the front counter, but otherwise it has been great so far.

Awesome classes and trainers! I am so addicted to this high energy workout. I leave feeling so accomplished and the workouts are different every time so I never get bored. Am already seeing results in my cardio fitness and the overall appearance of my body after just 1 month. I do workout several days a week and eat healthy, but OT took me to a different level of fit. The trainers are also very friendly and approachable, so you won’t feel intimidated in the slightest. Only downside is that it’s a little pricy, but I can understand why.
