Traded a timeshare week to come to Jupiter Reef Club. Visited in Aug 2015. Mostly pro’s and a few cons to this resort. Pros: One of the few area resorts that’s beachfront. Very well maintained. Rooms well updated. Lots of grills to cook your own food. Beautiful, dog friendly beaches. Comfy beds. Cons: Pages full of ridiculous rules(i.e. cannot bring a beverage within 4 feet of pool, not a water, not a can of beer or soda… no drinks at all!). One particular staff member who continuously hovered over all guests in a way that was creepy and overbearing. He made our whole group uncomfortable and it seemed several other guests found him off putting as well. Refrigerator that barely kept anything cold. Noisy construction right now that includes orange netting/caution tape that completely obstructs the beautiful ocean view(supposed to end in Nov 15). Definitely seemed to be people using pool/hot tub that were not guests.

My wife and I have owned a timeshare here since the mid-80’s. The property is very well maintained. The property is ocean front with a nice pool, gazebo and patio. On site management keeps close watch on guests. Many owners have been here for 20 years or more. The resort has 31 units, so it feels comfortable. Units offered for sale usually sell quickly. Great location in one of south Florida’s nicest communities.
