I visited this shop to have some school logos embroidered on my child’s school polos. I dropped 3 shirts off on a Thursday and was told they would be ready the following week. I called the next week to check the status and was told by the same person that told me the shirts would be ready that my shirts were not ready and wouldn’t be until November 1! 2 ½ weeks from the time I dropped off the shirts! Customer service is definitely not their specialty and I wouldn’t recommend. If you want courteous, quick service for a great price then I HIGHLY recommend EMBROIDERY ABACOA instead. I took my shirts over to the owner of that shop and she had them back to me in 3 days and they looked fantastic and were $ 2 LESS per shirt than EmbroiderMe.

I would definitely send anyone over to Embroid me. I have called very last minute on more than one occassion and they were always able to help me out. From my kids school shirts to father’s day gifts to work pins and shirts-​they always do a great job! Good people :)
