I’ve done A TON of different workouts, from cross-​fit to pilates. So I would consider myself in pretty good shape. I worked out with Laura when visiting my mother in Las Vegas, and she kicked my ass. I’m still sore writing this.
She corrected my form, and did this crazy «spa-​aromatherapy» massage thing at the end that was bad ass. I’m considering moving back to Las Vegas just to be able to workout with her. No joke, her shit is legit. Also, the price!!! Cheaper than most gym memberships– with personal attention. If only I could put her in my suitcase and take her with me.

If you are looking for a semi-​private and/​or a more personalized fitness studio Fit4QOL is the place to go. I have been a very satisfied client since October 2013. The company’s Director, Laura Trejo, does an excellent job making the client feel comfortable and offers each client personal instruction to make sure their needs are met. Laura is very skilled and educated in Pilates and several other areas of fitness. Laura is a joy to work with and always has a positive attitude and wonderful sense of humor.
The prices at Fit4QOL are very affordable considering the sessions are semi-​private. The first session is a free complimentary visit. The ambiance is very clean and calming. Following the end of each session Laura offers her clients a neck/​hand massage using essential oils (which are sold at the studio), an eye pillow, and positions you in a comfortable relaxing stretch.
I am very pleased with the spiritual and physical results I have received since becoming a member. I highly recommend Fit4QOL. It is not just a gym it is a fitness studio which helps maintain a healthy quality of life. Thank you Laura.

Laura does an excellent job in operating her facility. The ambience in the room where the semi private training sessions occur is relaxing and calm. Laura really knows her stuff when it comes to instructing in Pilates and challenges her students to do the best to their ability in maintaining the positions of the exercise.
Any participant will feel comfortable there in her class and neither ignored nor singled out. The pricing options for membership in the program be on the first complimentary free session are reasonable. I felt that I received a good work out there and stretched in new directions. Thank you Laura

This studio is perfect for me because of the location and price. I was looking for a personal trainer, but knew it would have to be near home, if I were going to commit. I found a coupon, gave it a shot, and now I am addicted. I love Laura’s sense of humor, and the combo of yoga and Pilates that I have been doing there. Laura really makes you work, and I am stronger because of it. But the best part is the wind down, with eye pillows, aroma oils, and the neck massage!

If you are looking to tone, then get ready to feel the burn. Laura’s kettle bell class is amazing and I highly recommend it. Be prepared. She works you out with weights. My quads hurt so bad the next day, I could barely walk.
Her classes are private or semi-​private without paying the higher prices. Laura instructs you and corrects every move. Her classes are small, only two to four students in mine, and she corrected my form and posture throughout the entire workout. It’s two days later and I’m still sore, but it’s a good sore. I will defintely take this class again, however be prepared to work!

Laura is an exceptional trainer. She has an uncanny way of knowing how to create just the right training session for you, and will focus the session’s attention on your desires. If you are in Las Vegas or Henderson, this place is awesome! Laura is a super solid personal trainer and Pilates instructor (she can also give you a great kettle bell work out) who will give you a great challenge and leave you feeling stronger, more flexible, and more positive. Their yoga studio has a great feel to it that definitely creates a peaceful getaway from the busyness of life. They also sell some great yoga accessories!
