Action Door

I recently found myself in a situation where my garage door would not open and my car locked inside. I called a major brand in the industry and they said they would be out later in the day with a 4 hour window. A smaller outfit said they would only come later that day if I was willing to pay the service call and an emergency fee. The woman I spoke with at Action Door was empathetic and understanding. She said there was a technician in the area and she would send them right over. I assumed this meant an hour or more but 15 minutes later the owner was at my door. He quickly assessed the situation and within an hour from the initial phone call, my issue was resolved. He was also very informative on preventative maintenance that I had never even considered.
