I’ve been here quite a bit recently and really like it. Their lunch specials are a VERY good value, with a spring roll, small crab rangoon, and delicious soup(I always choose hot & sour). I used to love Empress Lion, which was in this location. It’s now changed hands a couple of times but the current(Summer 2012) management and cuisine seems to be MUCH closer to the old Empress Lion food. I LOVE their orange chicken, it’s very savory and even a bit spicy, but not sickening sweet at all, and I believe the batter is made with rice flour. It’s different & delicious. The coconut chicken is in a very creamy sweet sauce and while I wasn’t crazy about it, it was pretty good for that sort of thing. They are NOT currently open on Saturdays at all, though, which I find kind of strange.
