Comfort Inn Lebanon Valley-Ft. Indiantown Gap

WORST hotel ever! This location has not only been under multiple managements, but it has also been under different names, such as Quality Inn (QI). Many issues have arose from this location, but recently unbeknownst to me due to the name change from QI to CI, my family stayed there so that I could spend Halloween with them. They came in on the 30^th, I was able to visit with them until around 11pm then they dropped me back off. The next mid-​morning I received a text from my boyfriend stating that my brand new Jeep had been vandalized. When brought to the hotel’s attention, not only were the employees shady, but the GM, who just happens to live in the house on the premise, came over when called by his employees, he too was being very shady. By «shady» I mean that when asked to see the surveillance video, we were told there was no cameras/​video. When we stated there were 2 cameras facing the parking lot, they were like «oh those», the employee stated only the GM had access. When we asked the GM about the surveillance, he also tried telling us there were no cameras/​video, so we stated the same thing that we seen the 2 cameras outside, he then told us that only the police had access to it. We ended up going to the State Police, who were very helpful & attempted to figure out what had happened. Unfortunately the surveillance was not able to be recovered. The hotel first told the police that they were having issues with the video feed, and ended up turning over their hard drive a day or so later. I decided to personally chat with the GM to thank him for helping with finding out what happened and opening up his hotel to our families at a discounted price, in hopes that we would find out what happened. His response, just give us a great review! Ha! I have a strong feeling that not only do the GM & his employees know what happened, but I wouldn’t be surprised if they had some involvement. I know this was a long «review» but you need to know what you’re getting into if you decide to stay here. It made me give it at least one star to post, it deserves a –10!

Room was very nice and very CLEAN. Staff was always smiling and super friendly. Free breakfast included a waffle maker, sausage, eggs, plus all the other stand items. Overall a great experience for a hotel that is off of a highway in Nowhere, PA!

We started our charity tour in San Francisco, and worked our way across the country to Hershey, then north into Vermont. Of all the many motels we stayed at along the way, this was the one I really didn’t want to leave.
The room was very nice and comfortable, clean and well taken care of. Breakfast was better than most places that advertise free breakfast.
The reason I didn’t want to leave was the staff. Every one of them was amazing. Super friendly, and took good care of us. Service with a smile.
Next time I cross this part of the country, stopping here is a MUST.

This was a nice clean hotel, we had a one night stay here and it was conveniently located off Hwy 81. We were met by friendly staff who checked us in and gave us our wifi password. We had two clean double beds, bathroom, t.v. and table and chairs.
We ate at a local barbecue jaunt, stopped off for ice cream at a General Store and hit the sack at our room. I suppose the location is convenient for those heading for Hershey, this was merely a one night stop over. We didn’t use the indoor or outdoor pools, but they appeared small, and the indoor one was being cleaned when I saw it.
I would recommend this hotel for a comfortable short stay.

Great stay for a quick Hershey getaway! The hotel is obviously recently updated, very well-​appointed. The staff are so friendly and accommodating. The room was clean, the beds were fresh and comfortable and the bathroom was clean. I loved the microwave and mini fridge for my family. The complimentary breakfast was hot and fresh. My kids loved the strawberry waffles!
I was most impressed with the lack of noise in the hotel. I thought we were the only people in our area of the hotel until the morning when we went for breakfast. In the hall, it was clear several families were staying in rooms adjacent to ours and we heard NOTHING all night! Great sound-​proofing!
