I’m ONLY giving this location «2 out of 5 stars» because the drive-​thru staff is polite, professional, efficient, and speedy. HOWEVER …
Quality of food (²⁄₅): The cheeseburger tasted «acidic» to the tongue with an after-​taste; and the fish sandwich was soggy and tasteless. The saving-​grace was the regular french fries, and the staff’s willingness to provide a PROPER ratio of (order of fries: packet of ketchup provided).
Speed of Drive-​Thru (⁵⁄₅): At 8:30pm, I was PLEASANTLY surprised by the speed and courteous service received, with a smile, and in a VERY professional manner by «Robert» and his «line manager». OUTSTANDING! NO LESS than a 5-​minute wait from «order-​to-​pick/​up». (ADDED PLUS: NONE of the employees were «saggin’ their [uniform] pants». Might I add, little do employees know that, us, patrons, take GREAT notice to, and would rather avoid seeing your «nether-​regions», while building our dinner menus on empty stomachs. And when in practice, your respect of the dress-​code outlined for public societal stands, ONLY adds to the pleasure of my overall dining experience. Which makes ME a «repeat customer» and YOU a VERY well-​paid employee.
Would I return again (²⁄₅): For the service, professionalism and speed … YES! For the quality of the food, I’m scared.
