Pizza Hut

We’ve ordered from this pizza hut before and others around the western suburbs of Chicago and this by far was the worst visit. We were starving for inexpensive pizza and thought we’d get a bargain with their 2 mediums for $ 6.99 each. I hate to dis on a company like this but the pizzas were just awful. One pizza we ordered had tomatoes and black olives and it looks like they were just dumped on there with no regard for the integrity of the pizza pie. Not only that, there was this black looking finish along the top of the edge of the crust that prompted one of my kids to ask if it was rotten. It didn’t quite look burnt but it did look moldy looking or something very unusual. We won’t order from this location ever again. It was just very bad. Total waste of $ 15.

Zipped in for a lenten (no meat) meal on a Friday.
The place was recently reconstructed, and features the new PH open framework ceiling work.
The food (a veggie personal pan) was out fast enough, as was my drink. It took a few minutes to get my order taken, but other than that, the food was hot and tasty. No WIFI (if that is a deal breaker for you)

Pizza Hut has really changed since the last time I went there and for the worse! The breadsticks used to be buttery and Parmesan goodness now taste like cardboard as does the pan pizza crust! This was the last time I go there. I gave two stars because my service was good so no complaints on that.

Oh dear god why did I go here?
If I wanted to drop dead, full of greasy food, I’d want it to at least have flavor. This was truly a waste of a good hunger.

Food was good, although the pizza, pasta, and breadsticks that we ordered were all very greasy. This location seemed to be understaffed and it took us 30 minutes to get our appetizer, another 15 to get our meals, and another 10 min wait for the check. After looking over the bill, I paid by credit card. The amount charged to my card was much more than my bill; the waitress ended up charging the wrong table to me. I’m glad I caught it, but spent another 15 min getting that corrected.

Pizza is good, the location is a bit hard to get in and out of, due to it being located right near the westfield Mall and Mcdonalds.
I wasn’t impressed with the server who waited on us. It wasn’t all that busy, yet they acted rushed and like we were taking time away from other things they should be doing.
They make a really good pizza, and I really enjoy the breadsticks, so it is worth it.
