Terrible costumer service by the front desk lady, she completely forgot that I had been waiting to see my agent at 10:30 and while I sat there for 45 minutes she gossiped with another employee… The rest of the service was fine; however, a person at the front desk is the image of your company! It doesn’t matter how good of employees do you might have working for you, if the direct guest interaction is poor, it reflects on the whole company…

Used these guys for years, great service and quality of work. Don’t know what happened here, change of management,? Customer service out of the window. Just an overall bad experience with my last auto. They know they earned this review and worked to assure that it would be made. unfortunately they don’t care… Can’t recommend this place any more for anyone, better off going elsewhere to be treated like a paying customer…

These guys do the best work. They called me as the repair progressed to let me know what was going on. It was finished when promised. They are honorable and trustworthy people.
