Advance Carpet & Furniture Cleaning

Having both kids and a dog we have had the opportunity to used Advance often. They have never disappointed. Brenda is so sweet, she will book your cleaning and do a follow up call to make sure everything was to your liking. We’ve had a few different cleaners come and they’ve always been courteous, professional, and have done an excellent job. We have been using Advance exclusively for the past 11 years and we have had nothing but exemplary service. I can say with confidence that you will experience the same!

Very bad experience
Called to set an appointment with no problems, price to be determined once room dimensions checked by the team on arrival, but estimate was discussed.
Team showed up and they hooked up equipment and then just when they are about to start one gay approached me with and told me we did not know that the house is empty (like if I lied when I scheduled, this was not discussed at all during scheduling as a matter of fact I was instructed to move furniture away since they are not expected to help which I did), then he asked to get paid immediately only cash without stating price or signing any contract or receipt, and when I questioned him that I was not aware he said he will call the office and let me know, 5 minutes latter they pulled out equipment and headed to there truck and when I asked him whats going on, he said are you going to the bank to get cash, I replied by we have to discuss the fee for the service first! and I expressed my dissatisfaction with his attitude, he finally reply that service is 169 $ while starting his truck engine, I told him I do have cash, he ignored me drove away.
I called back the office complaining, and they did not apologize and said I am just the operator and try to schedule another day, I replied they were here just 3 minutes ago there is no reason why the job can’t be completed (I am forced only because my house is scheduled for showing tomorrow), she hanged up the phone.
Very very bad attitude, never ever recommend this place
