To be fair… I did not hire them. I tried to get an estimate and it didn’t work out. The lady scheduling the appointment was pleasant and professional however she stated the gentleman who would be doing the work would prefer to set the appointment time. Despite my calling twice… he never returned my call. It was to me not an insignificant job…($ 900) maybe they can afford to turn away work. Even if that’s the case, there’s no need to be rude and leave me hanging.

They advertised Kiln Dried firewood and it was clearly not. The are very difficult to light. They said that I could test the wood before they left but while I was testing it they dumped the wood in my driveway and drove away. STAY AWAY.

We hired this company to remove two trees and a leader from another tree. They began the job but were unprepared for the extent of it (despite coming to give us an estimate). It has now been 22 days since they began the project, (and left all of the wood littered in our yard), and we have not heard from them, despite multiple attempts on our end to contact them. DO NOT HIRE THEM! They are unreliable, mismanaged, and unprofessional. I wish I could give zero stars.

In breach of contract for accepting payment in full and not completing job. Several phone calls and promises to come back and complete were not fulfilled. Job was for tree removal and stump grinding. Person who was to grind stump same day as removal was supposedly «right behind» the crew and owner on the job. I do not recommend this company. They have no integrity, break promises, and take money for work they do not complete!
Update: It took many, many months but they finally reimbursed me for the cost of the stump removal. I am sure this is because I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. That may help you if they took payment for work not completed.
