I rarely write a poor review but this place was a joke. They have no idea how to run a business. Came in bc they were on groupon, there was one woman working and I was getting something tailored, had to keep waiting was there for a half hour. Two customers came in to pick up items, one wasn’t ready on time and the other she gave the wrong clothes too so she asked them to come back so she could figure it out. Had the dress a week, I came in the day after it was supposed to be ready was told it wasn’t ready it would be ready later that day. Came back two days later it was finally ready and when I gave my groupon the woman was mad it wasn’t put in the system before. Explained it told the woman about the groupon and she said ‘well she should have known to put it in there’. Basically, nothing is ready on time, zero organization, and they do not support each other. Never again…

Place doesn’t look so great on the inside but they do a good job. Dropped off a blanket and a coat for dry cleaning. It was done well and on time. I took off a star because I think it was a bit pricey in comparison to where I used to get mine done. $ 18 for blankets and the coat was reasonable it was $ 9.

They used to do a good job. Even after I relocated I always came back when I would visit my parents because good tailors are very hard to find. Not so much anymore. I dropped off a blouse that was brand new and asked for it to be hemmed. When I picked it up they hemmed it straight across like a t-shirt!!! It was a silk 70 dollar blouse!!! When I said this isn’t right they argued with me that I didn’t specify I wanted it to be finished the same way. They made me pay for it and then tried to «fix» it. It looks worse now because you can see the previous hem now. Don’t go here if you want to ever wear the clothes. I wish I could give them no stars.

I bring all my tailoring to the A Plus on Atwood Ave in Johnston. I am always extremely satisfied with their work. Its amazing the difference good tailoring makes in the way a piece of clothing fits.

I take a lot of my dry cleaning here! They are efficient, friendly and do a great job! The older seamstress is fabulous! I’ve taken alternations to her and recently had a jacket fixed and you would never know it had a hole in it! I had to ask where it was to see the work she did! They are reasonably priced and can expedite cleaning if needed. I will be coming back like I always do!

I brought in 6 pairs of pants to have them taken in or otherwise fixed. I called ahead to see if I would need an appointment and the girl who answered(and was extremely friendly) said that wouldn’t be necessary and I could stop in anytime. I was there at about 10 am and was quickly helped, with one of the seamstresses personally assisting me as I tried on my clothes to determine how best to take them in. Turnaround for the 6 pairs of altered pants was 3 days — not bad at all! Pricewise, I think it was well the cost — $ 12 to take in the waist, $ 12 to taper legs, $ 5 for hems, and $ 3 for ripped seams. All in all my alterations totaled roughly $ 66. Even better, the pants look fantastic!

Great dry cleaners! I drop off men’s shirts to press and they are done quickly and professionally for under $ 2 each. It also helps that they are neighbors to my beloved Brewed Awakenings.

My favorite tailors. I’ve had many alterations done here as well as my regular dry cleaning. Very good work and friendly staff.
