While they do have the best deals and take beautiful pictures I am very unhappy with how my children were treated. The photographer threw a book at my daughter and yelled at my son. They did switch photographers for me but the manager never spoke with me. At the check out I asked my new photographer if she was aware of why she switched and she said no. I gave her the cliff notes version and she gave me 5 extra greeting cards. While I appreciate the gesture I didn’t need them as I was done with my visit and already ordered all I needed.
