Stopped by on our drive through NY looking for phở, as we usually do. This place is legit. A simple, delicious, huuuge bowl of phở(we got the extra large) and a comfortably spicy Thai style yellow veg curry. Mmmm mmmm. Friendly staff and awesome fish tank. Eat here!

It was cold outside and I was craving for some phở, so I decided to check this place out. They have options for adding extra meat($ 3), egg($ 1), and upgrading to the big bowl, which I assume is more noodles. They also have a spicy phở, which sounds pretty good. I just ordered the regular beef phở($ 9). Broth was tasty and the meat tender enough. Regular was just the right portion for me, but if you are a big eater, get the big bowl. Service was good and we didn’t have to wait long after ordering to get our food(came on a Friday night but there were only 2 – 3 other tables). Be prepared to smell like phở afterwards…

I came here about a handful of times and this place always bangs out very sold, affordable dishes. Binghamton in general doesn’t have too many hidden gems but this place is definitely one of them. I usually order the very big bowl of phở and their broth always tastes so damn good. I know for a fact I’ll go back there another handful of times and expect them to deliver the way they always have. Oh before I forget, one major critique is their service. They always bring water super late to the table and the food takes a while to come.

So I’ve been always a fan here since we don’t have many Vietnam restaurants around. But it was much better before. One day I came in for some spicy noodle which is new on the menu. It took 15 min for my takeout. And when I asked the lady for my order, she went back inside to badmouthed me with others on Vietnamese(thought I couldn’t understand them bruhhhh Not Cool at all). But the worst part is they use MSG in their broth. I have reaction to MSG, their soup made me go all dizzy and spinning the entire afternoon. DON’T COMEHERE if you don’t want to put poison into your body after paying a $ 12 bowl of noodle soup

The service is crazy bad. We waited for 25 minutes and received no attention from our waiter and decided a 10 minute drive to Five Guys and Chipotle was a better use of our time.

My sister has been telling us how good this place is for months now. I’m glad we finally decided to give it a try. The Phở was fresh and very flavorful. A young girl and a young boy served us and both were perfectly polite, friendly, and attentive. Also, the prices are extremely reasonable! My boyfriend and I honestly cannot wait to go back.

I didn’t have high expectations, as the restaurant isn’t much to look at from the street. However, I trusted the other Unilocal reviews and took a chance. I’m certainly glad I did. The Phở was delicious and the service was excellent. It’s a shame this place isn’t packed. The food is definitely worth your time, and who doesn’t love Vietnamese pop music? Don’t take my word for it, come in for a delicious bowl of Phở and see for yourself!

I’ve been here twice in the past month or so and loved the food and service both times! I’ve only tried the phở here as I’m a big fan of noodle soups and it may be hard for me to deviate and try something else next time as the phở has been great both times! The broth is hot and flavorful without being too overpowering. The meats are cooked well and it’s really piled on! Unlike a lot of the phở places I’ve been, the noodle to soup and content amount here is perfect, I never run out of noodles before finishing the rest of my bowl. I can’t recall the number of places that skimp on noodles and I just end up with soup just shortly into my meal. The sprouts and herbs given are also very fresh and plentiful! You also get a few slices of jalapeño along with a wedge of lime which is also lacking in a lot of average or below average Vietnamese restaurants. Service is also excellent! The waitress is quick, courteous and attentive. The only other thing I can comment on is the veggie spring rolls. They are flavorful, crispy, and generally amazing. Oh, I’ve also tried my wife’s veggie curry and it’s also excellent! Not your traditional Thai/Indian curry(duh, it’s Vietnamese) but the flavor from what little I’ve tried is rich and intense, the way a curry should be. If you are in the mood for phở, I wouldn’t go anywhere else in the Binghamton area. I think this place has the best phở in the area, hands down. Feet up. I will try the other dishes someday because they all sound really good and can’t be bad if the phở is this good. But the phở will be what keeps me coming back!

Be Aware: cash only! Love the seafood phở versions here, they make a really flavorful, rich broth. Spring rolls with peanut sauce are delicious, too. The owner is friendly & fast with service. Compare to other Vietnamese restaurants, the phở is a little expensive but it’s worth it.
