I want to start off by saying that it pains me to write this review because I truly believe Dacia is a wonderful person at heart but my experience with her has left me with little choice.
I hired Dacia as a housekeeper in September — she would come to the apartment once a week and clean (along with various other smaller tasks). In the beginning, I couldn’t say enough good things about her! I even referred her to a friend that lives in my area!
Once in a while she would be late (by a few hours) or not show up without communicating. Peeved me but it didn’t happen often enough for me to have a real concern.
About 4 weeks ago she just never showed. I texted, emailed and called her, along with leaving voicemails but no response. I tried her again the following day and the following day and so on. To this day I still have not received an answer from Dacia about what happened.
NOTE: She still has my apartment keys!
As she does a great job cleaning, after this stint she has pulled I cannot say I trust her.
