I purchased an old mac pro book and they were pleasant to deal with during the transaction. The store reeked of cigarette smoke, that I found very unpleasant.

The spirit of then warranty was not upheld, 30 days firm– they gave me a machine with a broken DVD player and no matter how I tried to reason with them — they were sticking to their deal. $ 172 to replace and to add 2G of ram because the operating system is slooooooow.
They also have a very unprofessional worker in staff who would rather give his attention to the East Indian men who arrive to the shop than to keep sustained attention in this customer. I found that very irritating. Would have appreciated if the worker could say to other customers to please wait until he was wrapped up with me. I found that insulting. Then the worker raised his voice at me and talked to me like I was a child because I asked the other customer to wait until the worker was through with me. We are all in a hurry and we all have precious little time to get things done. That mans time isn’t anymore valuable than mine. Stand inline buddy. And the staffer should have told him so.
I was not happy. This will be my last visit to this business. I am deciding or whether or not to file a formal complaint with the BBB for unfair business practices. The encounter was very upsetting.
