Amazing customer service. I received 5 broken nail polishes that I ordered for a bridal shower from Kohl’s (Definitely 1 star for Kohl’s headquarters for sending broken nail polish and for not having a «fragile sticker» on box). Of course it’s crunch time, so I don’t have the luxury to return/​reorder. I called Kohl’s headquarters and they directed me to the nearest Kohl’s.
I was helped by Erica. She was super patient and made the effort to run around the store to see if they had anymore in stock for me to pick up. I don’t even think she was working in that specific department, which just shows how good their service is. Thanks, Erica!

Worst customer service ever. How can a department store have ONE checkout counter open? Was gonna buy $ 85 shoes, after waiting on line for a very long time and not moving, I put the shoes down and left. My time is valuble. If they want my $$$ they need to be more concerned about customer satisfaction. BTW I really do like Kohl’s. I ‘ve shopped in other locations and never had an issue. Won’t return to this location.

I have always loved the clothes here… As they are somewhat unique from Macy’s and JCP… And of course much better priced… the store is really huge and very well stocked… I have shopped from

I will never shop here again the cashier i had was very rude and customer service was a liar i found a purse on an 80% off rack with no tag and was told it was not on clearance as if i removed the tag to get a sale lol keep the purse kohls i found a designer bag at a better price

The staff was super friendly and helpful when I was shopping here last night. Every employee was pleasant from the people stocking shelves to the cashiers to the manager (possibly?) greeting customers by the entrance. It makes the experience so much nicer when people smile at you and make conversation. Newport mall is making some big improvements and I like it!

If you’re reading this you probably already know the deal on Kohl’s. They entice you back in with 30% off coupons, the mysterious currency ‘Kohl’s cash’ and numerous other stackable combinable discounts.
This particular Kohl’s however seems to have some serious checkout issues. Average checkout time is around 10 – 15 minutes, whether they don’t have enough people at the registers, or the clientele is asking 100 questions about how much K cash they’re getting back or what-​have-​you, it just never seems to go smoothly.
Also, I can’t buy clothes here because they never have my size. If every rack is full of S, XL, and XXL don’t you think you’d BUY MORE MEDIUMS AND LARGES!!! (sorry, I had to get that out)
+1 for cheapest candles around!

Department store selection at, well, department store prices. It’s not as expensive as Macy’s, but it’s more expensive than Target. I needed a new pair of pants after a dinner accident that wasn’t going to be fixed in time for work the next morning, so I popped into Kohl’s (among others in the Newport Center) seeking an emergency purchase. Sadly, I was defeated. Where Danielle saw only L and XL remaining, all I could find was M and L and to be honest, my expense account behind needs a larger size. I left Kohl’s without making a purchase.
Other than the missing pants, they did have a decent selection of menswear. Casual, fancy, even suits.

Kohl’s is awesome. I stop by pretty frequently because it’s so close to my work. They have reasonable prices, good sales, and lots of opportunities to earn Kohl’s Cash (spend $ 50, get $ 10 to spend later).
They have a lot of things you expect in a department store: men’s, women,‘s childrens, undergarments, bed and bath, bags… variety is pretty good here.
My only problem is that they often do not replenish the smaller sizes. I come by week after week, and I often see L and XL left. I am pretty petite, and I can’t really wear anything larger than a S, so oftentimes I leave empty-​handed from Kohl’s, which is unfortunate since they have a lot of decent clothes. So if Kohl’s got more smaller sizes, then I would totally give this place 5 stars!

This Kohl’s is one of the major department stores in the Newport mall. We stopped over here looking for some shirts for a talent show. It was actually slightly difficult to track down where the plain shirts were surprisingly. Thankfully the staff was helpful. Prices were standard for Kohl’s — pretty cheap.
