Restaurant depot aka Jetro.
Yes, you will need a membership card (obtained by having a tax ID associated with a business).
This location is not as neat and organized as most depots (wooden pallets everywhere) and the interior is like a maze, but they do have a good selection on candies, sodas, juices, veggies, frozen foods, etc.
A great store if you own a food orientated business, great for restaurant owners whose business is in NYC.
My favorite picks are Figi bottled water, San pellegrino sodas and veggies.
The front checkout ladies definitely need a course on customer service.
