Beware! H&R Block’s District Supervisor ANA SOTOLONGO is an unethical accountant who cheated and lied to several families. She did fradulent acitivity with all their taxes and now she represents a nationwide company. She doesnt respond to any of our emails or calls. She still has all the documents that she refuses to return. All of us have to pay thousands of dollars in penalties and interest because of her neglegence and greed. H & R Block should check her background before making their employees responsible for peoples taxes.
