Dunkin’ Donuts

I’ve made multiple trips here and each time, its the absolute WORST customer service by far. I literally travel further to Bayonne to avoid this location, if possible and if I have the time. The staff is disgustingly rude. The older women behind the counter care more about weekly gossip than actually getting the customer’s order right.
When you finally make it to the front of the line, they’ll take your order when they’re ready and finished talking. Otherwise, you’ll just have to wait. Once you actually get your order, you’ll be lucky if it’s what you asked for. More than likely, it won’t be and you’ll have to waste another 20 minutes explaining to them how to correct your order because they’re perfect employees and are NEVER wrong. This location is a disgrace to the Dunkin’ Donuts brand.
One star because I like the brand as a whole. Otherwise, they don’t even deserve that.

Love this DD for its cleanliness, friendly atmosphere and excellent service. Inside is a Baskin Robins and a fridge of pre-​made ice cream cakes. The DRIVE THRU is what I love! Quick and efficient, this place is amazing!
