Dunkin’ Donuts

Ad is not clear, you come in for a deal but paying full price, not worth the time, will not come back.

I usually stop at this location on Westside ave on the the corner Union before I head to work most times. They do not have parking so you will have to find parking on the street or metered parking is available. I see in the mornings people just pull up on the corner and park. Its illegal but hey I guess the parking authority does not ticket them so early.
Even though I have a DD on the same block as my workplace I come here more because the one at work the service is not that good and they mess up your drinks more than often than not. When I order they tend to be fast, friendly and get the line going quickly. Its close to a school so you will a lot of teachers come to this location. They also participate in the DD promotions and take the DD app which is a plus. Not a lot of negatives except for the parking situation, but you can expect this in Jersey City all the time.

The staff here is always friendly and try to keep everyone happy! They just renovated it and it looks nice. This place will always have a special place in my heart because they were phenomenal during Hurricane Sandy. They allowed everyone to charge their gadgets. They even provided power strips so more people could charge. This was the hangout spot for people in the neighborhood who were without power for over a week. The staff made everyone feel welcomed. Thanks!
My only gripe is that they run out of blueberry cake donuts often!

This is a dunkin donuts that is typical. However the morning crew (Carmen, Nelly, Yvonne, Emmy, Isaac & Steve & Rosa are a bunch of great workers and extremely kind (there are others in the morning who are great I just don’t know their names). The manager Kevin is exceptionally nice and attentive. In the evening Diana makes everyone feel at home and Freddy is great!
My biggest problem with this Dunkin Donuts is that they don’t carry «The French Delight» and «Jelly Sticks»!
Major disappointment! Otherwise they’d get 4 stars for Dunkin Donuts!

All I asked for is a simple dark roast with cream and sugar. How can you mess that up? I tell you how, as soon as this other guy came in she got busy yapping and forgot my coffee. I got a regular bland lukawarm coffee. I almost wanted to return and complain, but too late im in my bus going to Journal Square. Never again this place.

Same stale donuts & now they have no internet.
Handicap door was locked and this was in the middle of the day.
I’ll find a different DD to go to from now on.

Only ever come here on the weekends, and it’s almost always busy. The later you come in the morning, the more people there are and the more cramped it gets. The set up of this store forces people waiting to order to line up near the door and where people wait for their pick-​up orders. They’ve messed up my breakfast sandwich order a few times, and once my no-​cheese sandwich had its cheese pulled off and put back into the cheese bin — TRUTH. That was pretty gross.
But I don’t have high standards for Dunkin Donuts, and they are both friendly and fast enough for me.
To the people who complain about lattes and cappuccinos at DUNKIN DONUTS, get over yourself. I get coffee only (and donuts, duh) and consider it a victory if it’s milk instead of cream, or milk at all.

The morning-​noon crew always add to my day. They are always freakishly busy in the morning, but all a mange to keep their cool with caffeine zombies like me.
Also, since they’re the neighborhood DD, they see their customers everyday and tend to acknowledge regulars! If I didn’t switch I up my iced coffee so much, they would have gotten my order down pact by now.

Morning Crew very nice and friendly and they always get the line moving quickly. Place always looks clean and neat, no complaints from me. I’m typically here every morning before work for my usual breakfast sandwich and coffee!
