The staff at this shop are quite good, however the management doesn’t even bother to acknowledge your existence.
I was coming in to get a full detail of a vehicle that had never had one, and I knew that I would need extra work done, which I was willing to pay for, but the associate indicated that I needed to talk to the manager or owner.
He was too busy talking to someone outside, and even after indicating my irritation, he continued to converse with this other person, but didn’t even give me the courtesy of a nod, a look or the «just a minute» sign.
Waited more than 10 minutes before just giving up and leaving.
I guess they just don’t need the business.
