This place is pretty nice looking, especially compared to some of the other small Indian markets in the area. They originally drew me in with their bins of cookies and signs indicating 3 for a dollar or what-have-you. The store is pretty spacious and they carry a lot of different products, both Asian and American alike. The prices are better compared to major supermarkets. However, from what I could tell based on the produce, there are better prices at some of the other small markets nearby. Its a good spot to do minor grocery shopping, esp if there’s specific Asian(primarily Indian) products you’re looking for at a fair price.

First of all, they have two entrances(the left one saying Bhavani) and a row of biscuits lying outdoors, but do not get confused and think they are two small shops. They are connected by a narrow cross-aisle. The first thing you’ll notice is that they have biscuits, biscuits, and more biscuits. They have Parle-G at 8 for $ 1 as well as a huge selection of Britannia products: Tiger biscuits, digestives, Marie Gold, etc. The vegetables are laid out in a long aisle on the left, but unfortunately the other aisles are a bit more random than I’d like. The spice mixes are not all in one place, small bags of rice are not placed with big bags of rice, tea bags are not with loose-leaf tea, etc. However, the variety they have simply can’t be beat. MC/Visa only, $ 10 minimum.
