I really like this store because you can get some great finds as well as save a little bit because they seem to always be either giving away «Kohl’s cash» or applying a minimum of 15% off to your total.
The store is pretty large but I am not a huge fan of the set-​up. I just always feel like I am walking in circles trying to find what section I need. I don’t like the way everything is so tight and sometimes messy. But with a cart, I often find myself struggling to maneuver my way through the aisles.
They have a good return policy however, most times they will return your money to a store card for you to use and a lot of people aren’t a fan of that. I just take the gift card, walk around and try to find something else to purchase lol.
They will forever try to sell you on their store charge card, I personally stay away because I don’t need any more credit cards but if you shop here a lot it could be beneficial because they add a deeper discount– I believe at least 10% more off your total. I signed up for their rewards card «Yes2you» and you get 1 point for every dollar spent and then redeem for $ 5 for every 100 Points.
Pretty decent department store. I would definitely return.

I purchased items at this store 1.29.16 at 10:46pm. When I returned to my hotel I found 1item was not in the bag. I carefully reviewed the receipt to confirm I had paid for it and to confirm all other items were there. Since the store was closed by that time, I called the store at 8am the next morning and was told I had to come back to the store for a refund as I had used my debit card. I told them it would be after 6 that evening 1.30.16 before I could return. When I arrived I was sent to customer service. The young man had customer service told me he would have to transfer me and paged somebody. A young upstart came walking out of the back playing with his cell phone… looked at me and told me he was off the clock and it was his job to review the video of the bagging area and I’d just have to come back tomorrow. Really? What store assumes first the customer is lying and has to review video. Why had the store not reviewed the video in the 10 hours between my arrival and my call? If it was an expensive item I’d understood but this was a regular women’s top… on clearance. I had to leave the store… calm down… Call the manager again… Go back again to get the refund for the item I had paid for… But not gotten… Ridiculous

This is a big bright store with very a very though selection of merchandise. I enjoy coming here but you have to know that finding people on the floor is very rare.
I like Kohls for their very complete line of clothing which is not only up to date but well made. I have bought pants, shirts, belts and sweaters from them and they have always held up through the years.
They have a very wells put together home goods section and I see that they now carry a limited supply of household electronics.
I would like to see a better balance of a workforce vs pricing since not being able to find an item usually results in NO SALE when a store team member may have been able to find it for you.
Keep up the good work of managing your inventory and consider bringing a few more people in at various shifts to help your customers.

Every now and then when we go to the Kohl’s store in Jericho they forget to take the MERCHANDISE SECURITY TAGS out of at least one of the garments, this has happened before and we are used to check for the goddam MERCHANDISE SECURITY TAGS before we leave the parking lot, but this time with kids and all the stress of the shopping season we forgot to check, so right now I have to drive all the way back from Glen Cove to have the MERCHANDISE SECURITY TAGS removed from one item. Thank you for wasting my time and gas! And yes, I said MERCHANDISE SECURITY TAGS 4 times!

My place to shop always! I don’t know how they stay in business with 30% coupons and all the Kohls cash they give out but I will keep coming back. Been shopping here for years and has all the brands I look for. Lines sometimes get really long, need more employees at the register.

This store may have a great selection at a great price like kohl’s is advertised. But their service is deplorable!
Tonight I went in to get a halter bra which I was told they don’t have. Fine — you don’t stock them ok. But then when I explained that I wanted a bra with adjustable straps or straps I could take off and you still didn’t know what I want, that’s crazy. So I had to find for myself. The woman half ass pointed me to the strapless bras not realizing if she’d taken a second to follow me she would have seen exactly what I meant and she’d be able to help people in the future
Then at this location, it doesn’t matter how many registers are open, they always have the SLOWEST staff! It’s awful. If I hadn’t really needed the bras I would have left. There were four, count them four! people on line waiting to check out and one of thre cashiers just straight up leaves! Is he out of his mind? And considering just a moment before he’d had a manager with him, if he really had to go on break or something then why in hell didn’t the manager open a registry or take over his. Terrible!

This store is clean. This store is easy to shop. It’s organized well and the sales will have you coming back. I needed a tie and some socks for an interview, and Kohl’s had me happy when I left. The only thing I can think might need some work is the longer –ish lines that you sometimes get when shopping here. If I have one bug-​a-​boo, I DONT like to wait on line. Call me what you will, but I have more important things to do than looking at the back of the person in front of me.
Otherwise all things in this store are above average and I’ll keep coming back.

Kohls offers a lot of bargains and coupons. Without that, I don’t think I’d be shopping there. The home goods area at this location is almost always picked over and half-​empty by 5pm, when I stop in on my way home from work. If something is on sale, inventory is hit or miss.

The afternoon is the worst time to shop. Even with 8 cashiers open I still waited in line for nearly 20 minutes. i did however get some good deals and theres always stuff on clearance too for super cheap.

I bought a pair of Dana buchman dress shoes. It was one of those purchases that i bought and thought these will go cute with an outfit one day. So that day came when i went to wear them. I bought these shoes about 8 – 9 months ago.
I wear them and before i even got to this party (luckily it wasnt a dancing occasion) the heel was being separated from
The shoe. I was pissed this made me upset because they are comfy. Now had i worn these shoes more frequent and then this happen i wouldve paid to get them fixed. But we pay for what we get.
I also hate returning things i have used but this was clearly a manufacturing made in china issue… So when i brought them to kohls i told them i wore them once and this is what happened. The sales associate inquired if i tripped i told her no thankfully i didnt. And without any issues i told the sales associate i had paid with these with my kohls charge so my card just gets the credit back which was fine.
I was very pleased on the easy! Thank you kohls!

I can only compare this to the location in Rego Center in Queens. But I think it’s okay, as far as Kohl’s go. It is all one floor and is pretty giant. I don’t think it actually has as large of a selection as I’ve seen in other stores… or maybe it’s just the organization that makes it hard for me to find things.

You can’t beat their hassle free return policy. I bought Keurig coffee maker online about 8 months ago. I used it about 5 times and wasn’t happy about it’s taste so I brought it back to my nearest Kohls store. No questions asked and I got a full refund.
We always get in the mail the 30% off coupons so it saves money.

I’ve never been to Kohl’s before this year and i had no idea how many different things they sell. Everything form house hold appliances to baby items, décor and clothes.
Its a bit pricey but they offer so many discounts i dont even think that matters lol.
I like shopping Lauren Conrad and Elle but they don’t really make their clothes for busty consumers so boo :(
Overall I really liked this place if i could id buy everything lol

I usually love Kohls and I still do but the people working there seem to be idiots. the girl ringing us up was literally laughing with some other guy who worked there about the things we were buying because they were I guess expensive to them? it was just rude of them to be making comments. I was too busy helping my grandma out to start bitching at them but I should have. just because they are poor and can’t afford an $ 8 Christmas ornament or found it stupid. I didn’t ask for their opinion or little comments. Kohls when hiring someone should maybe teach employees how to act in front of customers. they should be kissing my ass. even if they secretly hate whatever I am buying.

Really one of the best places to catch a bargain. I always visit this location on Black Friday and enjoy all the extra coupons I get just for signing up for email. On top of that you can get Kohl’s cash if you spent $ 50 which is a nice bonus.
Deal i got yesterday: A nice baseball cap of a certain NYC team marked down to $ 2 plus I used a 15% coupon.

1. Good prices: Things that can be found at other stores can be found at Kohl’s for less. There’s typically a sale and sometimes a coupon can be found.
2. Something for everyone: I guess Kohl’s is a department store with a section for every member of the family including housewares, bedding, and shoes.
3. Midlevel quality: With prices at Kohl’s being what they are, you’re not going to get the best cut, fit, material, or quality goods.
4. Celebrity lines: Daisy Fuentes, Vera Wang (Simply Vera), and Avril Levinge. Don’t know if you’re looking for these in particular but there are those who are.
5. Other specialty lines: Elle and Flirt! can also be found at Kohl’s.
6. Crazy late store hours: On the weekends and holidays, Kohl’s is open very late!
7. Lines: They can be rather long, especially during the holidays.
8. Restroom: Handicapped accessible and in the back of the store, this Kohi’s has a newer style restroom than their other stores.

I love Kohl’s — I can score so many deals in this place that it seems illegal at times.
Speaking for the guys section– they usually have killer prices on dockers pants and such but then you can pair them up with 15% off coupons and really save some coin.
They have a large men’s section here and some decent house ware stuff as well– the only downside is the returns area always looks like a Turkish bazaar — huge lines and piles of clothes everywhere.
