The absolute worst. I don’t even have the energy to explain the whole story, short version, I had service for 12 days, in January 2015. Now, mid September, they have sent me to a collection agency for a $ 1200 bill. Every month I get another bill from them, and every month I spend an hour or so explaining that I returned the equipment, and after the Rep reviews the account, they admit that Verizon made a mistake, they can’t figure out why I’m still getting billed, and assure me that they will submit the correct paperwork. And then I get another bill. I feel like I am in a corporate nightmare. No one can help me, no one will let me talk to their boss, no one will give me assurance that the problem will be resolved. Now I have a ding on my credit report.
