Ruby Tuesday

This restaurant’s food quality is really bad. I would not recommend entrée dishes. If you go here, stick to apps, they were more pleasing. My menu item was described as «Jumbo» shrimp and it was FAR from jumbo shrimp. It was not seasoned. It was bland and expensive. My brother got a different shrimp entrée and there was only 4 pieces of shrimp on top of the tilapia. It was just such a disappointment that I will never visit another Ruby Tuesday ever again.

Well I have been looking forward to coming here, however I was quickly disappointed. I understand their remodeling but the tables were extremely close. I was really looking forward to the salad bar I didn’t feel that it was the best it could be or that they advertise to be. Didn’t seem to be real busy but everyone seems to be in a big hurry as far as waitresses and waiters. Service was adequate and food was adequate, for the high prices they charge.

At Ruby Tuesday last night. Food was as expected as we have been there many times up and down the coast. My favorite is coastal trio. The thing that separates this restaurant from others is its manager, Derek. He is not only pleasant and efficient but appears to have the respect of those working under him. He was constantly handling things from salad bar to customers concerns. Constantly on the move staying on top of things. A fine young man, and Ruby Tuesday is lucky to have him.

Ate here today and we all had the chicken…2 buffalo and one regular. So salty it was difficult to eat and the Buffalo chicken was sour tasting. The spice flavoring was the worst I have ever tasted! The regular chicken breading tasted like over fried cornflakes. None of us finished our meals. French fries were better than the chicken so, if you want to make a meal out of fries, go eat here. I also want to mention that our food took forever to be delivered to our table… at least 25 – 30 min. So, if you are on a short lunch break, don’t eat here. No wonder Ruby Tuesdays are in decline.
Our waitress, however, was very efficient and kept our drinks filled up… just what we needed on this scorching day!

First time visiting, and Keana made us feel as if we were in our own living room, and that we were her favorite customers. We enjoyed ourselves so much, it distracted us from the time pinch we had on our itinerary for shopping. We rushed through the shopping and came back.

Basic ruby Tuesday. Steaks are good and the grilled veggies. Salad bar has a few different items then some others I have been to. This one is very dark inside. When compared to the very bright mall it is at it seams even darker.

I dined here Sunday right before watching Fast 7 and I was not impressed with the service. I had the Combination of cheese sticks, egg roll looking thing and I can’t remember what else. Egg rolls did not taste fresh or safe to eat. I believe my waiter was assisting three other tables so he was not very attentive. My boyfriend had to tell him we needed refills on our drink 20 mins after we’ve completed our drinks. Will not return

Great experience, especially for a mall restaurant. Had a nice, peaceful dinner with the family. Good attentive service. Don’t see too many salad bars any more. The salad bar was stocked with fresh greens of many varieties and included everything that you could possibly want on a salad. Entries were tasty, sides were good. Everything was hot. Kids were happy! Parents were happy! Doesn’t get any better than that.

Ruby Tuesdays has stepped up their game. Their salad bar of course is still fantastic, but their entrée’s were a great surprise. Their new menu definitely paid off. Two suggestions are definitely their new chicken strips and the jalapeño burger. Try this place or try it again if you haven’t had it in a while because it is delicious.

Me and a coworker worked an extremely busy but successful morning in retail and were ready for some quiet time with something tasty to eat for lunch. She was finished for the day but I had to return to work until 5:30. It was Friday, October 4, 1:15 pm.
She suggested we go to Ruby Tuesday Restaurant at the Treasure Coast Mall in Jensen Beach. She wanted to drink a Bloody Mary; so did I but alas, not for me because of work.
Nevertheless, we sat at the bar where our server was Sarah, a very pleasant, efficient bartender. While my friend enjoyed her cocktail, we ordered appetizers and I ordered the salad bar. I’ve had hit or miss experiences with their petite sirloin steak. Sometimes it’s delicious — other times almost inedible — so I’m not as thrilled with Ruby Tuesday Restaurant as I used to be.
This time the salad bar was very fresh and although some items such as the pasta salad (a former favorite for me and my daughter) are not as flavorful as it used to be, it mostly was fresh & good enough.
My friend ordered the appetizer egg rolls that looked more like taquitos to me. They are chicken and minced vegetable filled crunchy things (generous portions) with some white dipping sauce. I ordered the seared pot stickers filled with chicken and shredded cabbage (I think) with a peanut dipping sauce. I felt as though the dipping sauce could have been more peanut taste and less sweet, but overall was filling and generous portion as well.
Sarah served us the cheddar biscuits that were delicious this time (again, another hit or miss); light, flavorful, and yummy.
People at the bar were friendly and one person commented they would drink a drink for me & everyone laughed. My friend ordered a second Bloody Mary. Sarah promptly served her. We were both too full to finish our appetizers that became a treat I took back to our coworker.
It was pleasantly cool, dark, and comfortable in the restaurant. We did relax and felt refreshed. As we readied to leave, my friend finished her drink and said, «I didn’t want to tell you because you couldn’t have one, but I think Ruby Tuesday’s has the best Blood Mary’s around, plus they aren’t too expensive.»
Next time my friend, next time.

The only reason I had been avoiding this place was because I had a bad experience of RT on the west coast of Florida, back in my hometown but I’m so glad I tried this one. My first time dining in at the Treasure Coast Mall’s Ruby Tuesday’s and also the first time trying their burgers. They were delicious and had a great time with my company. Our female waitress was friendly and had a bubbly personality which made mine and my company’s day superb. We made sure she got a really good tip too.

This evening, I dined at the Ruby Tuesday located in the Treasure Coast Square Mall. Our server, Kelly, was VERY rude! She treated us as if we were a bother. After every «please» and «thank you» she would respond «yep» or «mmm-​huh». I spoke to the manager on duty and after speaking to him, she came back to the table and asked in a rude and sarcastic tone, if we wanted dessert. After the attitude she gave us, I did not want to spend another penny at that restaurant. The manager on duty kindly brought us our checks and collected our money. I work in the food industry and know how important customer service skills are, obviously Kelly does not know the importance of customer service. I showed her the utmost respect and kindness and got nothing but a bad attitude in return. Because of this evening’s experience I will never dine at that Ruby Tuesday again!

Awesome fresh salmon mini burgers for lunch. Lots of meat and a little filler. Nice salad bar with atypical items — soy beans, crumbled fresh blue cheese, zucchini strips. Nice mannered waitress. Unique holiday beverages! Have eaten here 2 times in last few weeks. Previously had nice steak and cheddar mashed potatoes.
