Cute soap but the customer service is HORRIBLE!!! They are very rude and when I questioned something and the guy who I won’t name, didn’t like my asking questions said that maybe this wasn’t the«right soap company for me» and became extremely hostile. WTF? His employee was being rude to me and of course he backed her up even though she was clearly wrong and others saw that but he backed her and treated me like an ass and acted as if he and this company don’t need customers… Well I say good luck to that. Since he told me to buy my soap elsewhere, believe I will! There are plenty of other people who make really cute soap that smells great, if not better, and they are begging for loyal customers!!! In this day and age you would really think(esp with social media!!!) that you(a small business) would want a pissed off customer to leave a situation saying yeah I was mad as hell but wow they really cared and this is what they did to fix the problem! But nope, I was basically told to F*ck off and get my soap elsewhere! If this is a company you want to support then go for it. I am just putting this out there for everyone to know. Also, FYI — they have a D+ rating with Better Business Bureau… Ugh! I will stick to a company that wants my business and not a company that doesn’t appreciate its customers! Those don’t last long anyway…

Found out about this place while reading an issue of TulsaPeople. I had NO idea it had been open for several years in Jenks — I would have visited sooner! They have a giant following online so I checked out their website before I went. I saw that they had just re-released a collection based on Harry Potter(The Wizard Collection) so I had to go check it out in person. Visited the storefront on a festival day in downtown Jenks, so of course the store was busy. I can’t comment on how it is normally b/c I have tried going twice and both days there was something going on on Main St. Anyway, during this visit I went straight for the shaped soaps and bath bombs. They also sell scented bath salts, body wash, body creams, lotions, hand sanitizer(they call it ‘OCD’), lip balm, bubble bath, and fortune cookie shaped soap(of course). One of the workers asked if I wanted my hands washed at this special sink; my hands were dry as heck that day so I said why not. The worker seemed a little distracted and forgot to refill her water pitcher to rinse my hands, so she disappeared for the water and started helping another customer while I was waiting for her to return. The sink wasn’t a working sink, so if I could suggest one upgrade to their store that would be it. Just so customers aren’t standing there waiting for water to rinse stuff off of their hands. I didn’t get a chance to smell the stuff she put on my hands before she slathered it on there, but thankfully it didn’t smell too bad. A lot of the scents in this store are not my cup of tea, but I found a few things I liked. I snatched up one of the remaining ‘Butterbeer’ body cream minis, a gelato bath bomb for my sister-in-law, and another larger container of body cream with a Hunger Games theme on the label. The hand washing worker wasn’t very helpful(she didn’t know much about the products or that they even had a Wizard Collection) but another worker tried to help me when she saw that I chose the Hunger Games themed body cream. She wasn’t totally successful, but what can you do, they were busy. I did see them folding their fortune cookie soaps by hand though, that was pretty cool. I will be back to check out their new items, and hoping that they re-release the Wizard Collection again so I can buy some more ‘Butterbeer’ body cream!

A little pricey but for the handmade items and ingredients… it’s totally worth it! Amazing staff too, super knowledgeable, friendly and generous. Jennifer rocks! :) Definitely check this place out if you haven’t! Worth a sniff ;)
