This is a phenomenal toy store. I went there today on the suggestion of a friend who said it’s a real original.
Well, the owner knows child development.
She knows which toy is right for boys/​girls of a certain age. And she MAKES hula hoops – appropriate to the size of the child/​adult.
I cannot believe this store – it’s a find.
And in the heart of Jenkintown, near other interesting venues.

Wonderful place to buy toys that have more of a «Santa Workshop» feel than a Toys r Us. Owner is nice and knowledgeable.

This is the best toy store ever. Always a great selection and super customer service. Our favorite part is the game club. For just $ 25 a year we borrow two new games every week. Best investment I ever made. Kids are having more fun AND watching less TV.

My son’s face lights up when we tell him we are going to Rhinoceros. Our two year-​old son joined the Puzzle Club recently. $ 25/​year = check out two puzzles every two weeks. So far he has learned the entire alphabet, his color and shapes, and now bugs! Great selection of educational and traditional toys/​games. Best part: kids are allowed to play in the store! Great environment and helpful staff.

This locally owned toy store opened it’s doors in September 08. It carries a decent selection of mostly non-​mainstream toys (no GI Joe, Elmo or Barbie). Like all good toy stores, there are some items sitting out that you can play with and try out. The salesperson I met was friendly, but a little over-​eager to help. Let me browse! I’ve got a baby on the way, so I’m sure I’ll be back.
