Great coffee for a great price. This location could use some help, slow service at times.

Before taking the delta shuttle, it’s nice to get a quick bite here. The menu isn’t expansive nor is the ambience that of a high end Italian café, but the espresso is bright and the food items are decent and served hot!

Had. Double espresso. It was great! Staff friendly and informative and offered breakfast items. My suggestion would be pastries be Italian. Biscotti or Stella d’Oro type biscuit to crunch on. Pass on choc chip

I ordered a caprese sandwich and it was inedible. Limp and mealy tomatoes, wilted basil and stale, soggy bread. It seemed as though it might have been recently thawed. I attempted as politely as I could to return it, and the server argued that it was fine. I explained what was wrong and she said it was because I didn’t have it heated. Unwilling to sit and argue sandwich theory, I allowed her keep my $ 7 and the offending food-like substance.

Every time I have to go through this terminal I am fascinated at how terrible an experience I have at this place. It actually makes me want to avoid flying the US Airways shuttle just because of the service at Illy’s. If you just want a coffee that’s already brewed you’re fine. But the quality of the food is terrible, the service for any espresso-based coffee is super slow, and heaven help you if you order a breakfast sandwich. Slow, and poor quality. And just to top it all off, the packaged food, yogurt, etc are ridiculously overpriced. I don’t do reviews almost ever, but waiting literally 10 minutes(when there wasn’t even anyone ahead of me!) for a poor quality breakfast sandwich, which turned out to be on generic soggy white bread, inspired me to do so.

Do not waste your time or money at this location. The food is very disappointing and one of our wraps(turkey) had a foreign object in it. Very unappetizing. The coffee is only drinkable because it is made by a machine. This was a waste of our money.

I love Illy coffee. I also love the fact that, when I get off the plane at the USAir gate, there’s an illy coffee waiting for me. Great iced lattes, great hot lattes. Food, not so great. but I had a chocolate croissant and was pleasantly surprised. Nice staff, too.

Coffee is extremely average, bottled drinks are overpriced, and service is meh. You’re at an airport, so what do you expect? Lots of seating area :)

Their display of pale paninis with listing lettuces trapped in the middle is made slightly less depressing by their varied coffee menu. Unfortunately didn’t try any. Service was pretty good but very listless, like their lettuce. And like most everyone in Logan airport. Caprese panini was pretty good after it got heated up but was terribly small and thin. Cheese stretched out very long though. If length of how long you can stretch slightly melted cheese directly correlates to quality of cheese, then it was very good cheese in that panini. Made for some uncomfortable avoid eye-contact eating though.

Remember that macchiato you had on your layover in Dallas? Of course you didn’t. And you won’t remember anything about your Illy experience, here in the sleepy shuttle end of Terminal B. Not that this is a bad thing: treats are decent(flaky croissants; cold, firm fruits), and nearly every item — and I do mean every item — hovers around $ 2.65. It’s eerie. Options are limited. This’ll do, pig; this’ll do.

I normally wouldn’t review a chain coffee house but the only review for this place does not accurately reflect the quality of the coffee. Illy coffee is amazing. There aren’t very many of them which is why I usually end up at Starbucks but I always look forward to flying shuttle flights so that I can go to espressamente. The coffee is amazing but if you come here expecting your egg sandwich to be comparable to a New York deli. You will be disappointed.

Bad coffee, bad services and bad pastries. They hit the trifecta! We show up to a line 20 deep with one person working. It didn’t move for 10 minutes.
