I had a reservation to pick-up an auto-transport and when I showed up the store was very busy with several customers that didn’t seem to be getting any service. It was obvious the store wasn’t managed well, and everyone seemed to be running in circles. When I finally got to the counter and gave them my reservation number the manager, Jeremy T., stated they hadn’t had this equipment at their location in over a week. When I showed him the original information email with the reservation number, he confirmed it was his location, and again said they hadn’t had the auto transporter at this location in over a week. Jeremy then notice the time for pickup on the original email, 9am which I called and changed to 12pm that morning. He then got very defensive and told me they could only hold the equipment for a two-hour window. When I pointed out he just told me they haven’t had the equipment in over a week he got more defensive and rude. When I tried to show him the email with the new time of pick-up being 12pm he wouldn’t look and told me to leave the store and call 1800-gouhual if I wanted assistance, because he wasn’t going to help me. I called the 1 – 800 number from the store and the lady who answered told me to ask the store manager about the $ 50 guarantee fee for not having the equipment, and he seemed to get more upset and rude. I gave up on this store and borrowed a friends trailer. Definitely will never go back to this store, or anything Jeremy touches.

U-Haul did everything that they said they were going to do, had my truck ready to go on time and took care of us quickly and efficiently. There were no surprise charges on our bill and they were flexible with pick up and drop off times. The convenient location and helpful staff provided me with everything I’m looking for when I’m renting a truck to move. Thumbs up!
