I have since moved on from calling Orchard Hills home, but feel I should update my review. They went through a management change, and, rent prices were increased significantly. I did also notice a lot more sketchy tenants and their friends moved in as I was coming close to my lease ending… my timing was about right I guess. Overall, the community is nice and I enjoyed the time renting here. The maintenance guys were awesome, it was just time to move(the bridge construction commute to the east end was becoming a bit too much.)

We lived here Feb 2011-Feb 2013 on the 3rd floor. Loved it all except some annoying neighbors underneath. Left to try a rental house March 2013-January 2014. Wasn’t impressed with the management. so Now we’re back at Orchard Hills in a 1st floor unit. It’s been much nicer to be on ground floor. Nice pool, fitness center and playground. We have lived in several apartments in the Kentuckiana area and these win by far. Plan to stay here until we purchase a home.

We had a house fire and have stayed in Orchard HIlls while rebuilding our home. Management needs to be reviewed, especially the way they treat renters. We have spoken with lamost every tenant in our building and each of them has told us when their lease is up they will never move to Orchard Hills again. They are VERY strict with what you can and cannot do in the apartment. I also had one of their employess call me a liar over the phone because of a situation with a satellite dish. I had to speak to one of owners to get that situation handled. I will never reccomend that apt to anyone, and neither will any of the tenants in the building which we reside. It is quiet, but that is because everyone is too scraed to make noise, because they will kick you out. Sorry Orchard Hills, I will never say anything good becuase the past 8 months have been awful.
