I used to get my devices online, because I THOUGHT it was cheaper… WRONG! Kyle @ this store is amazing. He knows his stuff. He’s knowledgeable without being a know-it-all and he gets you what you need without trying to sell you a bunch of stuff you don’t. Thanks Kyle! I’ll be back!

I can’t stress enough how impressed I am with the level of service from this store. Any time I have an issue or a question, the staff is empathetic and promptly finds a solution. You don’t find that service– especially from a wireless company– anymore these days. How refreshing! After dropping my phone in water, I had to come into the store to file an insurance claim. Kyle helped me over my lunch break and made the process smooth and simple. They even gave me a loaner phone until my new one was shipped in. Once my new phone arrived, I started having issues with the device. I called the store, and Ashley was quick to ease my concerns and let me know she will get the issue resolved. She OFFERED to have a new sim card DELIVERED to my workplace, so that I wouldn’t have to come back again over lunch. Amber was here within 30 minutes. When that solution still wasn’t working, Kyle and Amber both came to my rescue with a brand new phone to replace it– with a smile. They didn’t leave until they knew for certain that I was taken care of. They truly made the absolute best out of a bad situation. I am blown away by their willingness to help. I’d also like to give a shout out to Jenny Sellers– the manager at the store. She’s helped me in the past and has helped assemble a great team of associates. I’ve never been so pleased with a wireless retailer. THANKYOUALL — customer for life!
