Unreal… This drugstore does not understand how to provide excellent customer service. They continually made significant pricing mistakes on my parents Rx. One Rx was billed at $ 163 and only when we called did they state it should have been billed at $ 11… His employee stated mistakes of this type are common and once notified by us it would be corrected… So it is up to the customer to find their mistakes. Then the owner tried to blame the healthcare industry on his billing mistakes… Try accepting responsibility… We immediately changed our Pharmacy. So sad that a business owner would treat his customers this way.
