I’ve had my vehicles taken care of by this family owned shop for a long time. They’re always professional and friendly. This is the kind of shop that I trust enough to send my teenage daughter to get work done and know that they’ll take care of her like she’s their own. You can’t pay enough for TRUST!

I believe that Annette got it all wrong. She said she had her tires rotated somewhere else and it was done wrong. Went to another place and they did not have the right tools. When she went to Barnes they not only had the right tools but fixed the problem. Congratulations Annette you found a professional and trained business. They fixed your problem and for only $ 15.00 solved your problem. Maybe you should take that invoice back to the shop that caused the problem and have them pay you back for the charges.
