I went in to upgrade my android to an apple and had the pleasure of Shane as my sales person. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and excited to help me with the process. It was a breeze. Shane went over some the differences with an apple from an android. He even took the time to help me set up some of the apps and get my Apple ID going. Phenomenal customer service went above and beyond! PS Siri rocks! It’s great to be in the apple club now.

There is no customer service. My husband went in to obtain more cell phone minutes. They said they never heard of his plan, it’s on the website, and they only take cash. Sounds like a bit of discrimination to me — You only get service if you are buying a phone, etc. and a plan.

If I could place a negative amount of stars here I would. I walked into the store, ready to buy a new iPhone, and was totally ignored for a solid 8 minutes. Finally, I asked someone where to go for help in buying a new phone, and I was RUDELY told that It was going to be «awhile» and I would have to wait, that there were a bunch of people in front of me, and that there are«only three employees». I walked out to take my business elsewhere. Absolutely uncalled for.

Jason and team were the most professional customer service reps I’ve ever dealt with from Chicago to Boise to Orlando. Happy days. Were so knowledgable, treated my elderly parents with the kindest respect, taught us about so many features available, looked up our plans and helped us select the best way to purchase the new equipment. Told me about apps I really needed and did some work for me on the spot. A+, 100% pro’s and I’m not the easiest customer around.

After dealing with crappy service at the Sprint store here in town I decided to cancel my contract with them early and move to my wife’s plan with Verizon. So before doing so I wanted to visit a store and see what phones they had to offer. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by Jeremy who very polite and offered to help us; I never got that kind of service when I went into a Sprint store. He looked up my wife’s plan and recommended a new plan for her after I was added that would save us some money over what she was paying for her previous plan; after adding me to her account we are saving over $ 50 a month on a family plan compared to us each having our own plan. Jeremy asked what type of phone I was looking for and I told him«anything but an iPhone» and he was more than happy to bring out several of their top selling Android phones and explain all the features and pricing on the phones. Finally found a phone I liked and we made the deal and signed the dreaded 2 year agreement required of most cellular services. I’m pretty happy so far with Verizon as their in-store customer service is great and I’m getting a way better signal on the island than I did with Sprint.
