I’ve never had my nails done here but they are really good when it comes to eyebrow threading. Never had an issue with my eyebrows being too thin or crooked.

I came here on my birthday which fell on a Saturday and my usual nail salon was packed to capacity! I asked them about their UV gel. The tech explained how it’s just like a gel paint, it won’t crack or scratch.
So I get the UV gel fill-​in and everything seems ok. On Monday I had to come back for 3 cracked nails. The paint under the UV gel had cracked. She fixed it with no problem only for me to come back on Wednesday for a crack in EVERY nail!!! At this point I’m disgusted with them! I don’t even want them to fix it again. I simply asked for the $ 5 dollars back for the UV gel that they said wouldn’t crack or scratch. They tried to tell me no.
The owner was beyond rude telling me that I need the money that’s why I came back. After a moment of back & forth one of the techs finally gave me my money back. There customer service is appalling.

I decided to come here to get my fill-​in & pedicure done. This is not my usual spot but I didn’t feel like getting on a bus & traveling to my regular manicurist.
Big Mistake!!!
The pedicure was fine but the fill-​in not so much. The powder should not have been embedded into my cuticles. I should not have to show you how to file my nails into a square shape. I’m very particular about my nails. They’re my pride & joy. I said I like my nails «Very» square. She filed my nails so awkwardly that I had to take the nail file away & do it myself.
Le Sigh
The girls are young & don’t quite understand English that well. I explained to the girl who was doing my nails that the middle finger looks TERRIBLE. I said the nail polish is super thick and it’s seeping into my skin. She said where? LOL, don’t tell me you don’t see it!!! Wtf?!
I’m convinced this place is unsure how to do nails. When I say do nails I mean anything that involves dealing with acrylic, powder or a fill-​in.
This place is only good for eyebrows & lashes.
