I wish they had No STARS. Ok at first I thought maybe it was cool with the iPad ordering. So they seemed nice, So I ordered a turkey sandwich. The turkey didn’t even cover the bread and the other half of the sandwich was almost all FAT. The calimari seemed like it had been out for a couple days. My friends sandwich was so dry she said. We sat for 40 min with no waitress asking if we where ok or needed anything. But I guess that’s why there is a iPad so nobody needs to do that anymore. I’m still not sure why I gave a tip. What a waste of money. I don’t mind with a tv on the wall like a sports bar. But I’m all set with a iPad right in my face. Maybe this place is good if your alone or don’t like to have a conversation with the one your with. Please don’t order food. I wish I could have gotten a refund. There are better restaurant’s in this airport and if you still like waitress’s go somewhere else.

We went here for breakfast based on the menu in the main restaurant area of JFK Terminal 5. The omelets to order, the other breakfast items, the smoked salmon eggs Benedict… it sounded like a great place to have a pre-flight meal. So we walked over, and the experience was a downhill slide from there. While most of the tables in the restaurant were empty, the majority also hadn’t been cleaned. Since there were only half a handful of other customers in the restaurant at the time, this could have been a clue. After finding a clean, open table, we sat down to order. Ordering is via iPad, which is convenient. There are no substitutions(guess you can’t readily do that with iPad ordering), everything is made to order(nice, right?), and you bundle the tip right in there and place your order. All good until… When you pre – tip, there is no incentive to provide good service. And they don’t. Not in terms of the service itself or the attitude. The 18% is already paid, and the service merited a ten percen t tip at best. Moving on, you cannot order substitutions, but if they run out of something you do order(e.g. wheat toast), they will come to you to offer a substitution, which, mind you, does not include an option for a refund. Then the food itself, even if made to order, is truly mediocre. Mediocre as in what you might expect from a free breakfast at a lower to mid-range motel(as in I’ve experienced a bit worse at Best Westerns and better at Embassy Suites). No refills offered on coffee either… going back to that tip paid in advance. The bottom line is that there are really good restaurant choices when you fly Jet Blue out of JFK. This is NOT one of them. You’re better off at any other establishment, including the generic Ciba café. Great concept; terrible execution.

Looking for a spot for a decent, warm breakfast that’s not Dunkin’ Dounuts, look elsewhere! Photos look great, but the food is mediocre and cheap! Seating for 2 was inconvenient as there were ipads between the 2 people. Ordering and service was a nightmare. Service was little to non-existent because they think the ipads were enough??? Terrible idea. No human interaction!
