Kennedy Deli & grocery

I ordered delivery so this review is based off my experience with their delivery service. This is my second time ordering from them just in case the first time was a fluke. Yet it wasn’t a fluke, because for the 2^nd time they have once again delivered my food hours later. This time it was 3 hours later. I called earlier when 2 hours had passed and at that time the man stated that he «forgot» and «didn’t notice» the delivery order, then he said «please wait, we will definitely be there in 20 minutes.» … another hour later they finally got here. The guy explained to me that Seamless had sent them the order later; that they didn’t receive the fax of the order until I had called. So, really? Seamless, really?
I’m uneasy being so harsh because I’m aware that my crankiness is partially due to the low blood sugar (because i’m an idiot who neglected to monitor it). And their food isn’t horrible. Just the service was. Anyways, I’m sure eating there in person would garner more stars, but as far as their delivery service— you have been warned. I would have given 1 star, but they justified that it was not entirely them to blame, and they gave me a $ 10 discount thus 2 stars.

Kennedy grill & fried chicken & Kennedy deli are 1 of the same. Their delivery was spot on and so was the food. They deliver 24 hours… how cool is that? Prices are great as well. Hamburgers were great as were the fried chicken. Deliver right to your hotel room ²⁴⁄₇. Definitely give them a try… Especially if your staying @ 1 of the hotels & have a late flight. They also deliver breakfast ²⁴⁄₇

The staff was friendly and clean and made me what I wanted even though it wasn’t in the menu and they were busy preparing an order of maybe 50 sandwiches! The price is also not bad!
