Scumbags! They charged my lady a $ 4 service fee when she paid her boost mobile bill, knowing quite well they’re not supposed to! Boost does not charge any of their dealers, and customer service reps at boost will tell you that the $ 5 fee they normally charge us for paying online is waived when paid direct at the walk-​in store! Which is why some of us opt to pay at the walk-​in store in the first place rather than online!
So this dealer scammed her! Charged a fee under false pretence that it’s from boost and not them! Stay away from this place! They’re swindlers!
