Good food but HORRIBLE waitresses. I asked the chubby Latina waitress for a few more napkins. Got them. Them the chubby Latina waitress spills water all over me, my pants and the napkins. OK, an accident. She cleans up. I ask for a few more napkins because the ones I had were drenched. She refuses saying she already gave them to me. The«manager» was not much better. The other large, hefty Slavic waitress there is also from hell. A pity because the food is good but the attitude of all the waitresses is HORRIBLE. I will most likely not be back. What kind of owner puts up with this?

I used to come here every now and then but was turned off by the last time I went. Food is good, owners are always nice but the waitress, an older woman, was totally rude, she got my boyfriends order wrong and then when he tells her politely she rolls her eyes, then when she brings him the correct order it looks completely thrown together made with no love. I feel bad because he was starving and he ate it anyway not wanting to say anything again. The waitress would also bring us our orders and like carelessly drop it on the table. She was giving attitude after he told her the order was wrong, he had ordered chicken and she brought him roast beef. I used to come with friends and family but I don’t think I will be going for a while or at all. That left a bad taste in my mouth. Hopeful that service will change in the future.

I was here yesterday with my son, we where looking something in Queens and we where lost being frustrated we said we will head home but let’s something. There it was the café. Warm friendly staff and the food was decent nothing too bring your friends back for bit a quick meal and their prices perfect. Our waitress was very sweet I think her name was *Josefina* I would be back for the food and very friendly family service. Thank you.

I used to like eating here and the food is good, however I noticed they have a C rating and it’s been there for at least two months !! Obviously a C rating is pretty bad and either the owner doesn’t care to fix it or it’s taking this long to rectify the issues that earned them a C. Unless I see an A rating on that door I will not return !!

Worst place ever! I would rate them zero stars I ate here today and they were so racist I felt uncomfortable. They told me they closed in half hr when their sign said they close at 7 and I was there at 5. The staff is rude and try to hurry you up to get out. I will not recommend this place at all. stay clear away!

Delivery was fast. The french fries and the salad were in the same bowl which is really senseless because the fries are soggy and the salad is hot. The gyro meat tastes artificial and processed. The chicken tastes very bland. My review is based off eating different gyros at different places and I can see and taste the comparison.

Not bad but very old school diner feel if that’s your thing. On the breakfast menu, I’d recommend the breakfast wrap. Good bang for your buck. Prices are more than fair but the portions are smaller than some other diners I’ve been to on Queens Blvd(see Georgia Diner or Nevada diner). I’m sure I’ll drop by this place now and then as it’s close to where I live but likely for breakfast only.

I’ve had the pleasure of eating breakfast here twice. Both times I ordered the same thing and it was absolutely delish ! Waffles, eggs, sausage, and coffee. The waffles are super warm and soft(I’ve never had good waffles from a diner). I had the same waitress both times. An older woman with a thick accent. She was serious but sweet and very attentive but not overbearing. I can’t wait to go back

well this is awkward, i went there abour 3:35 in the afternoon on a saturday. As we walked in i pointed out to my wife that they close at 5(which it said on their operating hours on the door) and we had about a solid hour. the minute we sat down(it was self seating), a lady who looked like she was the owner came over and said«Are you guys ready we close in about 15 min» and my wife looked at her weird. then she started stammering.“oo m. in about 30 min. what time is it now?”.3:40…“ooh yes do you guys know what u want”. we immediately walked out. im not gonna even bring up the fact that we didnt share the same skin color. anyways we went right across the street to flagshipand had a lonely late lunch. NEVERAGAIN!

I had a delicious Greek Omelette and added the homemade spivey green sauce. The family that runs it is very nice. Great food, great service, great atmosphere

You know, this place would be great if it wasn’t for their slackers. I mean, why pay em if they are just going to stand around and let one person work. I don’t know what was going on that day but they only had one lady working the floor for like 30 minutes. Food took forever to get to our plates and there was several people pretending to work. You know what I’m taking about, let me just look like I’m doing something important but I’m not routine. I was so irritated and annoyed at how long we had to wait to get served, get our food, and ultimately get our check. We were there for over an hour, OVERANHOUR!!! That is unheard of in the restaurant world. It’s a diner, diners are suppose to be fast, not slow. And to make things worse, my food was cold. Not warm, not room temperature, cold. The poor waitress saw my annoyance and apologized for being the only one working. I commend her for remembering all of our orders(the whole dining room) and feel that she should find a better place to work because obviously no one gives a shit.

Ordered from here in the past, but finally sat inside for breakfast… I ordered a spinach mushroom egg omelette in a wrap with a side of sausages and home fries. It was delicious! The food came out in a short time. Only complaint was the home fries didn’t seem to have much flavor but then again people make there home fries differently. it was still good. coffee was delicious too. The waitress was super nice. The place is clean and they seem to have a regular crowd. It’s much better than other diners in the area. Definitely coming back to have lunch. My boyfriend had a burger from here and said it was good too. Also I have ordered a sausage egg and cheese on a roll from here before and it’s yummy as well Try this place out!

Solid 4 in the cozy, unpretentious greasy spoon diner category. Food was just good(not great) and quick, as expected. Our server was kind, and hilarious: Us, preparing to order: «How’s the corned beef hash?» Server: «Like dog food.» We had eggs, sausage, bacon and pancakes. All good. Syrup was some variant of corn syrup. Can’t speak to the corned beef hash.

Did I go to the wrong place? I usually go to the Flagship(flagshit as some of you call it), and I haven’t really had any complaints. I tried this place because it’s Unilocal rating was really high, and I figured why not. That was a mistake. Lets start with the restaurant itself. It’s small. I mean tiny. And on a Saturday morning, even with the place half empty, it felt like people were crawling all over me. Almost like eating a meal in a crowded subway car. The service was… I don’t want to say bad… but it definitely wasn’t attentive. In fact, the woman that waited on me seemed as if she was overwhelmed and just incredibly busy, but remember, the place was half empty… and I was sitting at the bar(booth?) with only one other person, so I don’t think it was too much to expect her to refill my coffee, ask how my meal is or if I needed anything… but she did none of the above. The food was meh. French toast looked like something a 5-year-old made, and the bacon was a little undercooked looking. Orange juice is served in a shot glass and the coffee cup is barely 6 ounces. Again, it’s not a bad joint, but I’d take the Flagship any day of the week over this place based on quality of food, facilities and service.

Best diner hands down! It may be a but small, but everything about this place yells amazing! It’s a small Greek owned diner no bigger than a subway car. The prices are great, and the food is always tasteful. Try the 2 eggs with home fries and ham! That’s my favorite and everytime I’m done I’m left wanting more! The OJ is real Tropicana that you pour yourself. Cash or credit, just leave a tip!

I’m wondering how this place got such a high review on Unilocal. Service: I have to say the service was very neglectful and gave a little bit of an attitude. Food: Corn Beef Hash — This dish looked like regurgitation and it tasted like it too. The only thing I liked about dish was the toast and that’s really not much. French Toast — This was soggy and way too much egg on it. It tasted like a wet sponge. Coffee– Very bland. Overall: I honestly cannot recommend this place to anyone.
