If I could give this negative stars I would.
Not once, but twice, I have been shamefully wronged by these people. I won’t even bring up the past incident (missing radiator cap equals overheating, siezing the engine, and hundreds of dollars of damage that they would not repair. I knew I should have opted for small claims court!) — the current one is enough.
Just a simple oil change. WRONG. I found out as a drove home that the smell of oil was not just the faint smell of a spill– but ALL of my oil gushing everywhere all over my engine and various other parts of my (not to mention brand new) car!
Why would something so dangerous and terrible occur? They FORGOT to put the CAP back on!!! Really? Yea.
Good thing I didn’t catch on fire so I could warn all of you not to go here.
They have a problem with caps. Or maybe just want return business by ruining your vehicle.
And he refused to give my $ 20 back for the oil. WOW
