I’m giving Josh 5 stars because that’s exactly what he deserves. Josh has gone above and beyond what’s required of a Real Estate Agent. Back in 2010, he helped me get my first home which I thought would be impossible at the time. He was always available when I needed him. Was extremely patient, resourceful and just wonderful to work with through the whole process. Fast-​forward 5 years later, I ran into an issue and needed some advice. Gave Josh a call and within 10 minutes he was giving me advice and even putting me in touch with others that would be of assistance. Every now and then you come across people in life that remind you that good people do exist and Josh is definitely one of those people. You will not be disappointed if you ever have the privilege to work with him!

My partner and I closed on our condo in Roslindale yesterday. Josh was our listing agent and hiring him was the best decision we made in the entire process. He was very approachable, attentive and super dedicated. He responded to emails, calls or texts almost immediately. His professionalism and genuine kindness combined with a tremendous work ethic quickly gained our confidence and quelled any concerns or fears we had about the process. We received an offer above our expectations and Josh did all of the ‘busy work’ and ‘leg work’ and kept us informed throughout the entire process. There were no problems and we both would HIGHLY recommend Josh.

It is always a pleasure to work with Josh. He fights hard and negotiates extremely well on his client’s behalf and most importantly, solves problems efficiently to ensure any bumps during the home purchase process are promptly smoothed out.
We recently closed a transaction for one of Josh’s clients who had recently undergone both a serious medical condition and a divorce. She was elated at the job Josh did delivering her an accepted offer and settlement on a property in an very competitive real estate climate.

Josh helped me find the perfect condo ! Upon our initial meeting I told him my likes and dislikes and my wish list for a condo and he dedicated himself to finding the perfect home for me. He really took into account all of the things I told him which was no easy task as I had a hefty wishlist. Being a first time homebuyer he made it a point to review everything with me so I could fully understand the tedious process of buying a home. With his help, my search for the perfect home was a very pleasant experience which is not always the case! He is an extremely reliable and knowledgable realtor!
