Sometimes shoes or boot soles need to be stitched.
If they do, we don’t always do the work at this location. if a customer is in a hurry & we didn’t
Know it. sometimes the customer will walk in the door
Expecting their shoes or boots to be finished…
(it is better to call before they come to check on the status of their repair).I wouldn’t necessarily be able to remember
the status of a repair right away (especially if it is at our other
location.½ finished).so I may ask the customer to call
back later that evening when things slow down a little so
that I can relax & think. .the customer may get irritated if
they do ‘t have the patience to let me think .they may think that ūwe have lost their item if they jump to con​clu​sions​.someti​.es we are very busy & it is like throwing bowling pins up in the air & to
keep them all up at the same time (like in a circus).I had a pair of Dan post boots for sale. same color & size, but I hadn’t shined
it up yet & until I shine them they may have an odor. some of Dan post boots use pigskin instead of cowhide because the leather
is thinner & softer & holds the golden tan color better. I told her
that the boot wasn’t ready to put out for display yet (for sale),
but she wanted to see it anyways (she was interested in buying
a 2^nd pair for $ 30 – 40).when sweat combines with pigskin
there is a little bit of an odor at times (difficult, but not
impossible to remove). thank you. you should not post these
reviews until you hear both sides of the story (causes confusion)

Do NOT go here. Guy will take your shoe to see what needs to be done, waste your time giving you 5 prices for one job and then when you are ready to walk out, will not give back your shoe unless you pay him for his time. All I needed was the sole glued back to the bottom of the shoe and he screwed it up. HORRIBLE place and nastiest human being I have ever come across (he claims to be a good Christian — yea right)!!
