Wow, I was blown away by the awesome customer service from Dr. Nolan and her staff. In speaking with her I learned that we knew a lot of the same people and we even grew up in the same area of Jacksonville. I really liked my former Eye Care Doctor, but he was so far away from my house in Avondale, Dr. Nolan knew him too, so I felt comfortable with her. I want to tell you that this woman has wonderful mannerisms, as my eyes are very important to me and she made me feel confident in my choices of Better 1 or Better 2, her staff was fantastic and helped me with my insurance. If you live in this part of Jacksonville, Dr. Nolan is a wonderful Eye Care doctor and you will not be disappointed. I would highly recommend her!

Great service! Individual attention and lots of help picking out just the right frame. Felt like I was in a posh boutique in DC in the middle of little ol’ Jax. Pricey frames, but also designer names, so as to be expected. I plan to keep my eye care here as long as I’m living in Jax! Dr. Nolan took lots of time explaining things (and kept in mind my own medical background/​profession) so kept it on a more ‘clinical’ level which made me feel more respected and connected! A+!

Love the very helpful and sweet ladies that make up Dr Nolans staff. Dr Nolan her self is awesome and a pleasure to deal with. Very professional and easy to talk to. She has the latest and greatest machinery in the field. Very technologically advanced office. There is also a large selection of high end frames to choose from. We have purchased some Mykita frames here a while back and they will help with the fitting and any adjusting you may need to have done to your frames later on down the line. It’s always a pleasure to visit.

I usually hate going to get my eye exam, and put it off for as long as possible. My insurance changed so I had to find another doctor in my network, the closest one happens to be right in the neighborhood at Vue. I went in, the doctor gladly checked me in, had me fill out some quick paperwork (took maybe 2 minutes) then had me in the back to do the most hassle free, quick exam I’ve ever done. She was a pleasure to work with and I’ll definitely be returning to Vue in Avondale for all of my optical needs.

Vue is the go-​to shop for the coolest designer eyewear in Jacksonville. I love all three pairs of my J.F. Rey glasses. Dr. Nolan and her staff make me feel right at home and I always enjoy my annual checkups, rather than dread waiting in an overcrowded office and shuttled from station to station for segments of the exam. I highly recommend Vue.

My husband came here to get his eyeglasses. I think their service was only so-​so. They had a lot of designer names but it was just an awkward experience. I felt like we were a burden to the lady working there.

When it comes to eyeglasses, I’m pretty particular. With a small face and allergy to nickel, it was impossible to find anything stylish at the chain stores.
When I walked into Vue, I found several options to choose from. The staff was was very helpful and offered to order a pair for me to try on.
Today, I have my stylish new Gotti’s and have received lots of compliments.
